Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Foreign and Local Trips
The percentages and figures below may vary according to different destinations.
- On booking we will require passport number, date of birth and full name (as stated in passport) of each client.
- A deposit of 20% of your package deal is required within 2 weeks of invoice to confirm the reservation. This 20% is a non-refundable deposit.
- A further 80% (balance of payment) is payable 2 months (60 days) before the trip.
- If the trip is cancelled by the client a month (30 days) before the trip date then 20% of the deposit will be non refundable.
- If the trip is cancelled by the client within a month of the trip date, then Linecasters will keep 50% of the deposit as compensation for loss of income and to cover all expenses.
- All trip programs and the execution of them remains subject to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Claims for refunds will not be accepted.
Linecasters (Fred Steynberg), its subsidiaries, management, staff, personnel, any of its affiliated or associated companies, agents, sub-agents, sub-contractors or anyone either directly or indirectly, involved in the organization or execution of the programs or services will not become liable or responsible in any way in connection with accommodation, lodge, restaurant, transfer and expedition services, information supplied, or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect to any person or property howsoever caused or arising. Prices mentioned are based on present exchange rates and tariffs and remain subject to change.
